Amrop Poland was created in 1993. Since, the firm’s founding partners, Tomasz Magda and Rafał Myler, were joined by Katarzyna Grabarek (1999), Rafał Andrzejewski (2004) and Maciej Bednarczyk (2007). They are supported by a team of experienced consultants – Katarzyna Lemberg (2000), Łukasz Jadczak (2005), Katarzyna Zielinska (2005), Paulina Baranowska (2009) – and research professionals who together share experience across a broad range of industries and sectors.

The name Amrop in Poland stands for a single, global brand name, for shared processes and quality standards and for bundled resources. But above all, it stands for a relationship of trust with clients and candidates that has been built up over many years.
