Biography

Arleta joined Amrop in 2011.

At the beginning of her career she worked in a company engaged in recruitment processes exclusively for IT and Telecommunications sector. Her next professional step was becoming a specialist in executive search assignments. Arleta has experience in executing projects for the positions of Managing Director, Financial Director, Sales Director, Senior Brand Manager and associates for top consulting companies. In Amrop she gains an experience in recruiting top managers for the professional services, industrial and FMCG sectors.

Arleta is a graduate of the University of Lodz, with a MA in Career Counseling and Organization Psychology. She also completed postgraduate studies in Transport Psychology at the Warsaw University.

Arleta is interested in the cinema (especially Scandinavian and Czech), foreign languages ​​and literature.
