Biography

Katarzyna joined Amrop in 2004 with over 10 years of sales management experience including leading international consumer goods companies in Poland. Her expertise includes business and marketing strategy.

As an Executive Consultant she has more than 7 years of professional experience in selection of top management level positions. She has successfully completed over 60 local and regional assignments.

Katarzyna focuses on sales, marketing and business development positions in construction, real estate, building materials industries, consumer goods, automotive and production sectors.

Katarzyna also has an extensive experience in management audit as well as in the area of change management.

She is a graduate of the University of Social Psychology in Warsaw with a MA degree. Additionally, she has a BA degree in Business Administration.

Katarzyna speaks Polish and English.

Katarzyna loves to have fun with her family and friends, her passion is cooking and traveling. She is married and has two sons.
