Biography

Justyna joined Amrop Warsaw office in 2011 to lead its Leadership & Assessment Practice. She brings 18 years of human capital consulting and operational human resources management experience.

Prior to joining Amrop she led Management Audit division of Neumann Management Institute, and Human Capital Advisory Services at Deloitte. For the last five years she was a Personnel Director at Eurozet, a multimedia holding of  five commercial radio brands.

Apart from a record of comprehensive and multifaceted consulting projects, she has successfully managed audit and assessment processes, involving over 1200 executives, mainly from banking, automotive and FMCG sectors. She also supported career transition and coached many top managers in various industries. 

Graduate and then an academic at Warsaw University’s Department of Psychology, she lectured on clinical and social psychology, both at the University and at the Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS). To expand her understanding of broader organizational context, she graduated the Course of Institutional Analysis and Development at Indiana University, Bloomington, under the supervision of Elinor Ostrom, 2009 Nobel Prize Laureate in Economics. 

She is a qualified Polish-English translator, accredited with the Polish Translators Association. Apart from fluent English she has a working knowledge of French.

Justyna loves to travel, skiing is her passion. She usually rests with a good film, in theatre or concerts.
