Biography

Katarzyna joined Amrop in 1999. She is a Partner of Amrop’s Warsaw office, member of the Professional Services and Management Assessment practices of the firm.

Before joining Amrop, she worked for five years in Neumann Management Institute and KPMG Management Consulting, where she was responsible for executing recruitment projects and HR advisory.

Katarzyna has developed successful practice in assisting leading strategic and management global consulting firms and financial institutions on their senior staffing issues in Poland and CEE.  Additionally, her expertise covers projects for the clients of the following branches: FMCG, retail, manufacturing, where she recruited mainly finance, retail and marketing departments personnel, as well as executive management.

Katarzyna has MA in Applied Social Sciences from Warsaw University. Her postgraduate studies included Human Resources Management course in Business School of the University of East London.

Katarzyna is married and has a daughter and a son. She devotes free time to the company of her closest family. She also enjoys traveling and good cuisine.
