Biography

Tomasz joined Amrop partner firm in 1994. He is a Managing Partner of Amrop’s Warsaw office,  member of the Family Business and Real Estate Practices of the firm. He is also a member of Amrop’s global Governing Board.

Since the emergence of free market economy in Poland Tomasz has witnessed and assisted the process of restructuring and transformation by advising leading internal and external investors on leadership and senior management appointments. While he has acquired a broad, generalist view of the economy, majority of his projects since 2000 focused on real estate, telecom and business services sectors.

In Poland Tomasz manages Family Business Practice, which cuts across industries and focuses on special needs of privately controlled businesses and their executives.  Additionally, Tomasz has an extensive experience in management audits and assessments.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College of Columbia University in NY City. He has lived in the United States where he attended secondary school and the university. He is a bilingual Polish/English speaker.

Tomasz has a lifelong fascination with history. He is married and has a son.
