The Job

For our client, which operates in the investments goods sector with a unique know-how and modern production technology we are looking for President of the Board. Our client is a medium size Polish listed company with an investment fund as the dominant shareholder.

In this position you will build long-term development strategy of the company and implement it, build a professional management structure of the company after a period of rapid organic growth, combined with the acquisition of a smaller company, be responsible for starting activity on foreign markets, especially German and other countries of Western Europe.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in Member of the Board or the President position
  • knowledge of the power generation and/or distribution industry
  • experience in the dynamic multi-enterprise business from industrial sector
  • university degree, preferably in Economics, Management, MBA
  • fluency in English, preferably German.
