Our client is a large importer and distributor of luxury consumer durables. The company has 20-year history on market.

As a Head of Logistics you will be responsible for building independent, specialized, dedicated to a specific industry logistics operator. You will be expected to make consolidation of logistics processes from many parts of organization into integrated one to provide complete logistics services (insourcing) and ensure the best possible external customer service.

Requirements

a minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics operator management or logistics function in FMCG industry
very high customer orientation and excellent understanding of the logistics process – able to develop strategies and to anticipate market development
high communication and diplomatic skills in relations with internal and external stakeholders
strong in analytics, planning and organization
leadership skills
university degree in Business Administration / Logistics
excellent knowledge of English, German will be an asset.
