The Job
Our client is a service company belonging to a large international company, operating in the chemical industry.
As a HR Manager, located in Czech Republic, you will be fully responsible for the coordination of HR activities of the Group (serving payroll and personnel administration, providing mandatory and operational trainings, planning of succession for the Group, supporting Head of HR across the Group).
Requirements
- knowledge of the working environment in the industry sector
- ability to coordinate work in the area of payroll and personnel administration
- high skills in the area of process management
- experience in managing a team
- fluency in English.
