Our client is an international FMCG company. For its Polish branch we are seeking for an experienced senior manager who will assume responsibility for leading and managing company trade marketing department.
Requirements
- a minimum of 10 years of experience gained in trade marketing departments in reputable FMCG or retail companies
- over 5 years of experience in managing own department and team of skilled individuals
- extensive experience with in-field and in-store activations and communications
- experience in managing large scale budgets
- abilities and skills to formulate complete marketing strategies and implement them in a market place
- exceptional leadership and charisma.
