The Job

Our client is a major European retail operation. For its new retail concept we are seeking for an experienced Franchise Director.

In this position you will have to initiate, develop and maintain the new franchise concept and strategy at a conceptual and operational level for designated region in client’s headquarters located in Europe.

Requirements

  • excellent expertise in franchise concepts, marketing and market development as well as in people management
  • a minimum of 8 years of marketing, sales and/or customer management experience within franchise run business for retailing or service sector at senior management levels
  • high expertise in change management and to align people to changes and new strategies
  • experience with food, non food, durable goods, fashion segments both in retail and wholesale
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • university degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management with a specialization in Marketing or related subjects
  • fluent in English.
