The Job
Our client is one of the most important international retailing companies with over 300,000 employees operates over 2000 outlets in 30 countries in Europe, Africa and Asia. For selected countries in CEE region we are looking for an experienced Customer Management Director.
In this position you will be responsible for providing a direction to the company as a full member of the Country Board. In addition you will be responsible for strategy, management and control of the company’s customer management and marketing strategy as a major contribution to the achievement of the client business objectives.
Requirements
- willing to relocate within European operations of client as the country destination is not set as yet
- a minimum of 10 years of marketing, branding and/or customer management experience within the large scale retail, FMCG or service sector at senior management levels, with prior experience in leading a marketing & sales team at national level
- operational experience outside of marketing in sales or operations
- excellent expertise in marketing, branding, market research, customers and advanced knowledge of customer management principles, methods and processes
- ability and experience to strategise and conceptualise, successfully implement the strategies and concepts and drive organisation wide change
- understanding and applying to business specifics in other countries
- university degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management with a specialisation in Marketing or related subjects and fluent in English.
