The Job
Our client, a subsidiary of a German company and a major manufacturer and distributor of building safety systems, is present in Poland since mid 90’s.
As Commercial Director you will execute company’s commercial strategy and manage commercial performance including sales, customer service, pricing and rebate policy within the framework agreed with Head of International Sales, channel management and local marketing in the Polish market.
Requirements
- a minimum of 5 years working experience in a leading role in sales and/or marketing (field sales experience required)
- very high customer orientation and excellent understanding of the sales process – able to develop strategies and to anticipate market development
- high cost and results orientation – able to manage execution, lead for performance, with the skills to set goals and to reach targets by innovative thinking for effective and efficient solutions
- strong in communication with different internal and external stakeholders, fostering teamwork and cooperation, able to engage, inspire and develop people, good at cultivating relationships and networks, able to work with and in a multicultural team
- strong in planning and organization as well as in analytics
- university degree in Business Administration / Marketing
- excellent knowledge of English; German will be an asset.
