The Job
Our client, a European insurance company is seeking a candidate for the President to replace the departing one.
Requirements
- top strategic management competences: leadership skills and personality, the ability to add to the long term vision and strategy, to take the right decisions at the right moment, with correct assessment of the risks and the return, able to inspire
- elaborate experience with a demonstrated track record of success in at least 2 of following areas of responsibilities in the non-life insurance sector: bancassurance, insurance product development and pricing, claims, insurance distribution and sales
- the ability to define clear objective and goals, to translate strategy into an operational implementation plan and to finally deliver the results as planned
- good communication skills on an international level, the ability to build and retain constructive relationships with business partners
- top personal competences: high level of entrepreneurship, personal energy and goal focus, willingness to align to the company and its stakeholders/shareholders vision, readiness to adapt to change
- language skills: native Polish speaker; fluent – spoken and written – in English; German language competency a plus
- the obtained management level should be at least at board level, or board level minus one, in large or medium sized company, the management experience should significantly imply both strategic, operational as well as people management elements.
