The Job
Our client is a large international trading and service company employing over 1,500 people based in Poznań with a turnover equal to 1 Bio €.
As a HR Director you will be responsible for providing HR leadership to the organization and ensure, that core HR processes are consistently implemented across the company’s business units and contribute to the long term profitable growth of the company. In this position you will build training & development programme, regarding company’s wide training needs/initiatives.
Requirements
- at least 10 years of increasingly senior HR positions with well regarded international organisations, which have successfully undergone cultural and organisational change and development and which contained significant business complexities
- a generalist HR background with particular experience in organisational design, succession planning, talent development, performance management, employee relations and rewards
- proven track record for developing and implementing HR policies and processes which are pragmatic, efficient, effective and unbureaucratic
- a personality of a team leader, team player and team developer with strong influencing and counselling skills
- fluent English.
