The Job
Our client is a large European retail network. For its successful Polish operations we are seeking for an experienced Loyalty and CRM Manager to assume responsibility for managing Customer Life Cycle, Loyalty Programmes and Consumer Service Centre.
Requirements
- high analytical skills combined with energy and ability to enter business relationships with external services providers such as banks, insurance companies and other services that enhance client business and enable to strengthen customers loyalty
- over 7 years of experience from FMCG/Retail/Banking or Telecom sector in regard to loyalty and CRM activities
- project management experience
- negotiations experience gained from large scale contracts management
- experience in managing a team and working in complex matrix structure.
